  Ruth has been a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer in the Vancouver and Portland area since 1999.

  Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM –National Academy of Sports Medicine and CPT through ISSA – International Sport Science Association. Also certified in Apex Nutrition, PNF Stretching, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Reaction Cycling, Pilates, and Yoga.

  Every session, Ruth creates a fun, unique, and challenging experience for her clients. Her client results also come from proven nutrition strategies that fit her client’s lifestyle and goals.
